3. Process parameters:

1) Distribution tank concentration: 20%

4. Distribution method:

Add about 60% of cold water to the tank, add the metered two-in-one, then add water to the working level and stir evenly, and heat to the operating temperature.

6. Control maintenance:

1) After using the working fluid for a period of time, its degreasing and descaling functions will decrease, and it should be added in time. Each ton of working fluid will increase the free acid by a point, and the BY-12 type should be added about 3kg. The free acid is higher than the control range, and the surface reaction speed will be accelerated. After working for a period of time, when the index falls within the control range, it can return to normal.

2) After a certain period of use tank failure, discharge re-distribution is required.

3) The product can be treated at room temperature and temperature. The temperature should not exceed 75 °C when heating.

4) Prepare ultrasonic cleaning, which will be better for complex long and short workpieces.

5) Before the processed workpiece is transferred to the next process, it should be cleaned in flowing clean water.

6) Pay attention to the oil and dirt in the liquid surface to prevent the workpiece from being contaminated again.

7. Precautions:

1) Store in a closed bag and store in a dry place. This product is packed in 25 or 30 kg plastic drums.
