1 Introduction

2. Main features
2.1 The agent is mainly composed of a weak base salt, a special surfactant and a corrosion-inhibiting chelating additive;
2.2 This agent does not contain harmful substances such as phosphate, and has good environmental protection. The wastewater can be discharged after simple neutralization;

3. Scope of application
It is suitable for degreasing and degreasing of metal or non-metal such as aluminum, zinc, iron and magnesium.

6. Preparation and adjustment
6.1 When preparing the working fluid, stir evenly about 50kg of BY-1300 type skim powder per ton of working fluid.
6.2 After using the working fluid for a period of time, its degreasing function will decrease, it should be added in time, and the free alkalinity is increased by one point per ton of working fluid. It is necessary to add about 3kg of BY-1300 type. The free base is higher than the control range, and the degreasing speed is increased, but it is necessary to avoid the phenomenon of over-corrosion. After working for a period of time, it can be restored to normal.
6.3 During use, the grease on the surface of the solution should be cleaned in time. When there is too much oil in the solution, the degreasing effect of the solution will decrease, and the working fluid should be considered.
7. Precautions
7.1 The workpiece after degreasing should be fully washed before being transferred to the next process.
7.2 When working, it should be tested once or twice a day, and the agent should be added in time to ensure the effect of the working fluid.
7.3 Pay attention to salvage the oil on the liquid surface to prevent the workpiece from being stained again.
7.4 The agent is weakly alkaline and the operator should reduce direct contact with the skin.
8. Packaging, storage and transportation
Packed in 25kg woven bag, stored in a cool dry place.
9. Shelf life
The shelf life of this agent is one year.
