BY-1305 low temperature aluminum die casting degreasing powder
For the specificity of aluminum die-casting parts, our company draws on advanced technology formulas at home and abroad, and uses degreased special degreasing powder which is scientifically compounded with weak alkali, low foaming surfactant and auxiliary agent.
2. Main features
2.1 This agent is mainly composed of weak base salts.
2.2 can simplify the process, save investment and improve work efficiency.
2.3 The use of this agent has low cost and good effect.
3. Scope of application
It is suitable for degreasing treatment of aluminum parts, zinc parts, magnesium parts and iron parts.
4. Typical process
Degreasing→washing→(rust removal→)washing→phosphating (film)→washing→washing→drying
5. Technical indicators
Free base (F.A.L)
Working fluid 13-20
Normal temperature -40 ° C
Processing time min
6. Preparation and adjustment
6.1 When preparing the working fluid, mix 50 kg of BY-1305 degreasing powder per ton and mix evenly.
6.2 After using the working fluid for a period of time, its degreasing function will decrease, and it should be added in time. Each ton of working fluid will increase the free alkali by a point, and need to add about 3kg of BY-1305 type. The free base is higher than the control range, and the surface reaction rate will be accelerated. After working for a period of time, it will return to normal.
6.3 When there is too much oil in the solution, the degreasing effect of the solution will decrease, and the working fluid should be considered.
7.1 The workpiece after degreasing should be fully washed before being transferred to the next process.
7.2 When working, it should be tested once a day, and the agent should be added in time to ensure the effect of the working fluid.
7.3 Pay attention to salvage the oil on the liquid surface to prevent the workpiece from being stained again.
7.4 The solution is weakly alkaline and the operator should reduce contact with the skin.
8. Packaging, storage and transportation
Packed in 25kg woven bag, stored in a cool dry place.
9. Shelf life
The shelf life of this agent is half a year.
