6. Control maintenance:

1) With the continuous operation of the bath, the free alkalinity will gradually decrease, and the BY-18 low-temperature low-bubble cleaning agent should be periodically measured and supplemented. Generally, for every 2kg of BY-18 type cleaning agent, about 1 point of free alkalinity is increased.

2) After a certain period of use tank failure, discharge re-distribution is required.

3) Prepare ultrasonic cleaning, which will be better for complex long and short workpieces.

4) Before the processed workpiece is transferred to the next process, it should be cleaned in flowing clean water.

5) Pay attention to the oil and dirt in the liquid surface to prevent the workpiece from being contaminated again.

7. Precautions:

1) Store in a closed bag and store in a dry place. This product is 25 kg per package.
