1 Introduction
In view of the shortcomings of the spray-molding and dip-forming bonding force after galvanizing parts, our company developed the BY-243 zinc alloy treatment agent to effectively compensate for this defect.
2. Main features
2.1 The process of using the agent is simple, the film formation is thin, the adhesion is good, the corrosion resistance is high, and the operation is simple.
2.2 During the use process, the bath liquid is stable, the sediment is less, and it can be recycled. It does not need to change the tank frequently, and the use cost is low.
2.3 Use at room temperature to save energy.

It can be used for spray coating of various zinc and aluminum alloys and surface treatment before dipping.

5. Preparation and adjustment methods
5.1 Initial preparation of 1m3:
First add a small amount of water to the tank, then put 50 kg of BY-243 zinc alloy treatment agent, and finally add water to 1 m3, and mix well.
6. Precautions
6.1 The treatment tank should be made of corrosion-resistant materials such as FRP, PVC, and stainless steel.
6.2 When the treatment effect is significantly reduced, an appropriate amount of BY-243 zinc alloy treatment agent should be added to keep the various indexes of the solution within the range to ensure the treatment effect.
7. Packaging and storage
Packed in 25kg plastic drums, stored in a cool dry place.
