BY-46 aluminum yellow film chromizing agent

1 Introduction

There are many types of chemical conversion coatings of aluminum and its alloys, and typical ones are chromates, phosphorus-chromates, tannins, phosphate membranes, and the like. The chromate film has good corrosion resistance and can be treated separately. In response to this phenomenon, our company has developed this product by introducing advanced technology at home and abroad.

2. Main features

2.1 This agent is a low chromium product.

2.2 The film color is light yellow to golden yellow iris film with a film weight of 0.2-1.2 g/m2.

2.3 Used in combination with alumina acid, it can simplify the process and save investment and improve efficiency.

3. Scope of application

Suitable for impregnation and spray treatment of aluminum parts.

Aluminic acid desorption → water washing → water washing → film forming agent → water washing → water washing → drying

6. Preparation and adjustment

6.1 When preparing the working fluid, add it in a ratio of 10-15kg per ton plus BY-46 type, and shake it evenly for use.

6.2 Addition can be added according to the concentration of working fluid Cr6+. To increase the working fluid per ton by 0.1g/l, it is necessary to add 1kg of BY-46 film-forming agent, and it is advisable to add less chemicals.

6.3 When the solution is used for too long, there are too many impurity ions such as Al3+, and it is necessary to consider replacing the working fluid.

6.4PH value is too high plus BY-46, PH value is too low, plus alkali solution (less than 5% diluted liquid)

7. Precautions

7.1 After the workpiece is processed, it should be dried and aged before spraying.

7.2 After working for a period of time, its efficiency will decrease, and the BY-46 type film former should be properly supplemented.

8. Packaging, storage and transportation

Packed in 30kg plastic drum, stored in a cool dry place, the barrel mouth is up when transported to prevent leakage.
