Y-52 type aluminum acid off
1 Introduction
Our company is resistant to over-corrosion and acid mist in the treatment of aluminum with strong acid. It draws on the advanced technology formula at home and abroad, and uses aluminum acid degreaser which is scientifically compounded with weak acid, low foaming surfactant and auxiliary agent.
2. Main features
2.1 This agent is mainly composed of weak acid, and it is added with corrosion-inhibiting components, which is not easy to produce excessive corrosion, and there is no acid mist during the treatment.
2.2 It can simplify the process (eliminating the alkali etching and light-emitting process), saving investment and improving work efficiency.
2.3 can be used on the spray line, need to add appropriate amount of defoamer.
2.4 The use of this agent at room temperature, low cost, fast speed, good effect.
3. Scope of application
It is suitable for impregnation, spray degreasing and light treatment of various profiles of aluminum and magnesium alloy parts.
4. Typical process
Degreasing, water washing, water washing, film formation, water washing, water washing, drying
5. Technical indicators
Serial number | Project | Indicator |
1 | Exterior | Light yellow liquid |
2 | Specific gravity | 1.27±0.02 |
3 | Ratio | 3-5% |
4 | Free acid (F.A) | Working fluid 30-50 |
5 | Working fluid 30-50 | Normal temperature |
6 | Processing time | Dip: 5~15 Spray: 2-3 |
6. Preparation and adjustment
6.1 When preparing the working fluid, remove 40~60kg per ton of BY-52 type aluminum acid and stir evenly.
6.2 After using the working fluid for a period of time, its degreasing and light-emitting functions will decrease, and it should be added in time. Each ton of working fluid will increase the free acid by a point, and need to add about 1kg of BY-52 type. The free acid is higher than the control range, and the surface reaction rate will be accelerated. After working for a while, it will return to normal.
6.3 When there is too much aluminum ion in the solution, the degreasing effect of the solution will decrease, and the working fluid should be considered.
7. Precautions
7.1 After removing the rust and the light, the workpiece should be fully washed before being transferred to the next process.
7.2 When working, it should be tested every 4 hours, and the agent should be added in time to ensure the effect of the working fluid.
7.3 Pay attention to salvage the oil on the liquid surface to prevent the workpiece from being stained again.
7.4 Although the fluid is weakly acidic, the operator should reduce contact with the skin.
8. Packaging, storage and transportation
Packed in 25kg plastic drum, stored in a cool dry place, the barrel mouth is up when transported to prevent leakage.
9. Shelf life
The shelf life of this agent is one year.
