6, preparation and adjustment
6.1 When preparing the working fluid, add BY-71 type passivation solution in a proportion of 50kg per ton of tap water and stir evenly.
6.2 After using the working fluid for a period of time, its anti-rust effect will decrease. Appropriate amount of BY-71 type passivation solution should be added to ensure the treatment effect of the working fluid.
6.3 When the acid ions and sodium ions in the working fluid exceed the irregular amount, the effect will decrease, and the working fluid should be considered.
7, matters needing attention
This agent can only be used as rust prevention between workpieces. It is necessary to control the concentration and pH of the agent. Continuous production is recommended to be replaced once a month.
8, packaging, storage and transportation
Packed in 25kg plastic drum, stored in a cool dry place, the bucket mouth is up when transported to prevent leakage.
