6, configuration and adjustment

6.1 When installing the working fluid, add an appropriate amount of blocking agent per liter, add in order and stir evenly.

6.2 It needs to be added regularly according to the workload

7, matters needing attention

7.1 When using the tank, use pure water, first add 75% pure water, then add appropriate amount of blocking agent and stir to dissolve it, then add enough water to the working level and heat to the operating temperature.

7.2 Sufficient mechanical agitation or tank circulation is required, which is filtered by a 300 mesh filter pump.

7.3 Warm water wash temperature 45-50 degrees, PH=5.5-6.5

7.4 Determine the closing time according to the thickness of the oxide film and the requirements of the product

7.5 To achieve the best sealing performance, control the pH of the bath

7.6 Lower the pH value with acetic acid and raise the pH value with diluted sodium hydroxide

9, bath analysis

9.1 The bath to be tested is cooled to room temperature

9.2 Pipette 100 ml sample into the beaker and add water to 200 ml

9.3 Add 25 ml of concentrated ammonium hydroxide and mix thoroughly

9.4 Add about 0.1 g of ammonium urate

9.5 Titrate to purple with 0.1N EDTA and keep it from changing for 30-45 seconds
