Room temperature phosphating has entered the era of all-weather, all-slag-free, high-speed and free-form color film. After years of efforts, our company has launched a new generation of high-performance room temperature fast phosphating agent BY-808. The appearance of the film is gray to gray.

BY-808 is a ternary phosphating of zinc, manganese and nickel, and its P value is higher than 0.85.

BY-808 has high speed penetration and fast film forming properties. Above 0 °C, a light gray phosphating film can be formed on the surface in 2 minutes. When the phosphating time exceeds 5 minutes, the rust-preventing ability is greatly improved, and the appearance of the film is also light gray gradually changing to a color gray until color, BY -808 also reflects the following advantages:

1 The phosphating process is simple, and the whole process of surface conditioning, phosphating and passivation is completed in the same tank. After phosphating, it can be washed without water, and it is not necessary to add any accelerator alone during use.

2 Phosphating film is dense, continuous, smooth in appearance, and thin film (0.8-2.4 microns). After coating, the film has high gloss and can save paint.

3 It does not contain toxic and harmful substances such as sodium nitrite, chromium ion and free fluorine. The environmental benefits are good. No harmful gases are generated during the phosphating process, and there is no corrosion or slag on equipment and plant.

4 The equipment investment is small, the production line is short, the floor space is small, and there is no need for special equipment for heating and three waste treatment.

5 Phosphating costs are extremely low, only 1/5 to 1/10 of the cost of ash phosphating. It can be made into powder or liquid, and the bath renewal period is long. It can be phosphatized on cloudy days, rainy days and nighttimes and is not easy to return to rust during self-drying.

6 Phosphate galvanized steel sheet, zinc material and zinc aluminum alloy material, suitable for painting, spray coating and electrophoretic coating, especially for electrostatic powder spray and cathodic electrophoresis coating.

Note: (1) The total acidity of BY-808 phosphating working solution should be greater than 15 points.

(2) The anti-rust performance of the film obtained after phosphating without washing is better
