1 Introduction:

Our company is easy to discolor, black, and tarnished during direct cleaning and transportation of copper. Especially the original environmental protection of chromic acid passivation, combined with years of practical work experience, developed BY-88 copper environmentally friendly passivation agent. It is suitable for passivation of copper and its alloys to maintain the gloss of the surface of the workpiece.

2. Main features:

2.1 Thin film formation, small impact on the size of the workpiece.

2.2 The use of this agent is low in cost, good in effect, fast in speed and long in service life.

2.3 The preparation must be made of pure water, non-combustible and non-explosive, and safe to use.

2.4 No over corrosion, no hydrogen embrittlement.

2.5 It does not contain phosphorus and nitrogen. It complies with the EU ROHS directive and has low environmental protection pressure.

2.6 Good resistance to acetate spray, can withstand 3-6 cycles.

5.1 Initial preparation of 1m3:

Add 0.01-110kg of BY-88 type degreasing to the tank, add pure water to 1m3, stir evenly, and heat to the working temperature. .

5.2 Adjust 1m3:

As the bath continues to work, its passivation capacity gradually decreases, and BY-88 should be properly supplemented regularly.

5.3 Detection using spectrophotometry, ≥ 4 g / liter (in working fluid) with benzotriazole, or other accurate and convenient method.

5.4 After the passivated workpiece is transferred to the next process, it should be cleaned in flowing clean water.

5.5 Do not touch the workpiece directly with hands after drying.

6. Packaging and storage:

Packed in 25kg plastic drums, stored in a cool dry place.

7. Environmental treatment:

The product is mainly composed of biocompatible organic matter, and the pH is neutral. When discharged, it can be directly discharged.
