Trivalent chromium treatment agent for BY-95 aluminum and its alloys
This product is a trivalent chromium treatment product for treating the surface of aluminum and its alloys. It can form a light blue corrosion-resistant passivation layer on the aluminum surface by spraying or immersing. The product does not harm the environment. Hexavalent chromium ion is a green product that complies with the RoHS directive. The main components are trivalent chromium ions, organic framework agents, surface interface agents and the like.

Preparation method
1) adding an appropriate amount of deionized water to the tank;
2) adding 150-250 ml / liter BY-95 in the soaking process;
Spray process added 150-250 ml / liter BY-95
3) Add enough deionized water to adjust the bath to the working level;
4) Thoroughly mix and heat to the operating temperature.
Test control
1) Transfer 100 ml of the bath to the Erlenmeyer flask;
2) Add 20 ml of NaOH, 5m1H2O2; stir for 5 minutes, add 5m1H2O2, stir for 5 minutes
3) Boil for half an hour, cool to room temperature, add water to 100 ml, then add 20 ml of 50% sulfuric acid.
1 g of potassium iodide, stirred well, titrated with 0.1 N Na2S2O3 until pale yellow; 2 ml of 1% starch indicator was added, and titrated with 0.1 N Na2S2O3 to light blue.
4) The amount of Na2S2O3 used is the free acidity; the titration coefficient is 1.6.
Tank maintenance 1) After processing one square meter of workpiece, 10-30 ml BY-95 should be replenished in time.
2) The iron ions in the bath will affect the quality of the film formation, and the iron ions should be controlled below 10 ppm.
