Process parameters

1) Distribution tank concentration: 2-5%

2) bath temperature: 40-70 degrees (generally 50-60 degrees)

3) Treatment time: spray for 2-3 minutes, immersion for 5-15 minutes (can also be used for ultrasonic cleaning)

Alignment method

Add 75% cold water to the tank and add 2-5% BY-90 metal cleaner. , then add water to the working level and mix well.

Maintenance control

1) After the working fluid has been used for a period of time, its cleaning will decrease and should be added in time.

2) When there are impurities in the working fluid and there is too much oil, the cleaning effect of the bath will decrease, and the working fluid should be considered.

Precautions

1) The cleaned workpiece should be thoroughly washed before being transferred to the next step.

2) It should be tested every four hours and added in time to ensure the cleaning effect.

3) Pay attention to salvage the oil on the working surface to prevent contamination of the cleaned workpiece.

4) Pay attention to safe operation, minimize skin contact, and wash with plenty of water immediately after eye or mouth contact.

5) Packed in 25kg plastic drum and stored in the original packaging, this product is valid for one year.

6) Store in a cool dry place.
