Process parameters

Alignment method

Add 75% deionized water to the tank, add the appropriate amount of BY-8301 according to the process requirements and mix well, then add water to the working level.

Maintenance control

1) After using the working fluid for a period of time, the effect will decrease, and it should be added in time. The number of working fluid per ton is increased by one point, and about 1.4 liters of BY-8301 is added.

2) When the pH value of the bath is greater than 4.5, the bath should be partially discharged.

3) When there is too much aluminum ion in the working fluid, the treatment effect of the solution will decrease, and the working fluid should be considered.

Analysis step

Titration points:

1) Pipette 50 ml of working solution into the beaker

2) Add water to 100 ml, add 1 g of potassium iodide, shake well

3) Add 10 ml of concentrated hydrochloric acid and stop for one minute.

4) Titrate with 0.1N sodium thiosulfate to pale yellow, add a few milliliters of starch solution

5) continue to titrate with 0.1N sodium thiosulfate until the blue color disappears

6) The number of milliliters of sodium thiosulfate consumed is the number of points

Precautions
