main feature

1) The agent is mainly composed of a penetrating agent, a stripping agent, a corrosion inhibitor, a fog suppressing agent and the like, and has the functions of promoting derusting and suppressing acid mist, and also has a good removing effect on oil stain on the metal surface.

Process parameters

1) Distribution tank concentration: 3-5%

Alignment method

Hydrochloric acid is added to the tank, and a 3-3% BY-11 metal cleaning agent is added in the soaking process. Then add acid or water to the working level.

Maintenance control

1) After using the working fluid for a period of time, its function will decrease, and it should be added in time. The added amount is 5% of acid.

2) When there is too much iron ion in the working fluid and the oil is too much, the cleaning effect of the bath will decrease. It is necessary to consider replacing the working fluid.

Precautions

1) The pickled workpiece should be thoroughly washed before being transferred to the next step.

2) Pay attention to salvage the oil on the working surface to prevent contamination of the cleaned workpiece.

3) Pay attention to the safety of the operation, minimize skin contact, and wash with plenty of water immediately after contact.

4) 25kg plastic drum, stored in the original packaging, the product is valid for one year.
