BY-7300 aluminum oxidation high temperature sealer
1 Introduction
The aluminum oxidation high-temperature blocking agent can improve the corrosion resistance of the oxide film and the color fixing effect of coloring or dyeing by the impregnation process of the aluminum surface after the anodization, so that the pores of the oxide film are blocked by deposition. This agent is the result of researching domestic and foreign technologies and producing advanced products through advanced technology.
2, the main features
2.1 This product is grass green solid powder, use less
2.2 can achieve the effect of color can not be lost
2.3 Can replace imported products and reduce the cost of use
3, the scope of application
Suitable for impregnation closure of aluminum oxide
4, typical process
Degreasing---Washing---Washing---Neutralization---Washing----Washing---Anodic oxidation---Washing---Deionized water washing---High temperature sealing---Warm water washing
5, technical indicators
5.1 grass green solid powder
5.2 Proportion: 0.5-0.8 g/L
5.3 Working temperature: 80-95 degrees
5.4 Processing time: 1-10 minutes
5.5 PH value: 5.2-6.0
6, configuration and adjustment
6.1 When installing the working fluid, add an appropriate amount of blocking agent per liter, add in order and stir evenly.
6.2 It needs to be added regularly according to the workload
7, matters needing attention
7.1 When using the tank, use pure water, first add 75% pure water, then add appropriate amount of blocking agent and stir to dissolve it, then add enough water to the working level and heat to the operating temperature.
7.2 Sufficient mechanical agitation or tank circulation is required, which is filtered by a 300 mesh filter pump.
7.3 Warm water wash temperature 45-50 degrees, PH=5.5-6.5
7.4 Determine the closing time according to the thickness of the oxide film and the requirements of the product
7.5 To achieve the best sealing performance, control the pH of the bath
7.6 Lower the pH value with acetic acid and raise the pH value with diluted sodium hydroxide
8, packaging, storage and transportation
Packed in 25 or 30 kg woven bags lined with plastic bags and stored in a cool dry place.
This product is valid for one year
Transport by non-dangerous goods
9, bath analysis
9.1 The bath to be tested is cooled to room temperature
9.2 Pipette 100 ml sample into the beaker and add water to 200 ml
9.3 Add 25 ml of concentrated ammonium hydroxide and mix thoroughly
9.4 Add about 0.1 g of ammonium urate
9.5 Titrate to purple with 0.1N EDTA and keep it from changing for 30-45 seconds
9.6 Calculation: Nickel ion (g / liter) = 0.235 * (0.1 N EDTA consumption of ML)
